Final phase begins for luxury auto storage site

The final phase has begun on construction of Finish Line Auto Storage, billed as an automobile county club and car condominium project in Westlake Village.

When complete, it will cover 80,000 square feet on 5 acres.

The final phase consist of 20,000 square feet of car condos, of which only two units remain to be sold. The first phase opened in 2017 fully presold before its completion.

Finish Line offers car collectors units ranging from 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet with high ceilings, separate power and utilities.

The facility includes a private clubhouse with bar, poker and pool table and secure wine storage lockers, as well as a covered patio and car wash/detail area. Security includes card key access to security gates and common areas, security cameras and alarm systems.

Finish Line also provides curated events including car and coffee gatherings, car club shows, and cocktail and wine mixers and garage tours.
